Eaton's ES AMER ESSdivision is seeking an EHS Training Coordinator at Jonesville, SC. The role develops and delivers environmental, health, safety, and compliance training.

You will lead site-wide training for 300 full-time and contingent workers, expanding to 700 by 2031, perform needs assessments, create content with PowerPoint, and ensure compliance with audits and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience developing, coordinating, or delivering training programs for adult learners in a manufacturing, industrial, EHS, or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and maintenance of site-wide EHS training programs for a workforce of 300 full-time and contingent workers, growing to 700 by 2031.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify competency gaps.
• Facilitate engaging instructor-led training for large audiences and small groups, including New Employee Orientation and technical training.
• Develop and modify content using PowerPoint, video, and photography.
• Partner with HR Training Coordinators to update training content and records; support audits and compliance.
• Manage site-wide training updates and communications via monthly reports, newsletters, meetings, and monitors.
• Support special projects, benchmarking, and training sessions as assigned.
• Drive for training effectiveness and support 5S+ initiatives for Zero Incident Culture.
