Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years leading manufacturing training/OJT, production readiness, or related leadership in a plant environment.
• Two (2) years building training that improves measurable outcomes (quality, safety, productivity, time-to-competency).
• Relocation assistance provided for candidates outside 50-mile radius of Jonesville, SC.
• No immigration sponsorship from Eaton for this position.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hourly production training, including onboarding, OJT, cross-training, certification, and refresher training.
• Establish clear training paths, timelines, and competency requirements for core production roles.
• Ensure training is consistent across shifts, value streams, and trainers.
• Implement competency verification and use data to drive corrective actions.
