Job summary

SRC Holdings Corporation is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance at the Springfield manufacturing facility. You will implement safety programs, lead training initiatives, and promote a culture of safety, health, and regulatory adherence across the site.

You will conduct risk assessments, investigations, and reporting, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to strengthen environmental controls and safety performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in safety/environmental field.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Strong public speaking and training delivery skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication with employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an EHS training calendar with mandatory safety training.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops on safety protocols.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements from data and regulatory updates.
• Provide specialized safety training for machine operators, first responders, and supervisors.
• Conduct regular safety/environmental risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
