Job summary

Carlisle Industrial Brake & Friction Inc. is seeking an EHS Technician to champion Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a safety-first culture at the Medina plant.

The role includes conducting safety and regulatory inspections, maintaining records, and supporting leadership with program effectiveness. Occasional travel and flexibility across shifts support a robust site safety plan and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Champion EHS programs and promote a safety-first culture.
• Conduct safety and regulatory site inspections and observations.
• Maintain all record keeping associated with compliance programs.
• Communicate progress with plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety committee and participate in peer-based teams.
• Oversee safety orientation and training programs.
• Assist with LOTO and machine guarding assessments where applicable.
• Provide feedback to Supervisors and Managers on program effectiveness and engagement.
