Carlisle Companies seeks an EHS Coordinator to drive safety and health programs across the facility, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong OSHA knowledge, problem solving, and collaboration with multiple teams on safety initiatives and audits. Travel and production-floor oversight are expected.

Formación

• Requires associates degree; three years EHS/ISO/OSHA experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and plant safety requirements.
• Experience with problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Owns EHS programs and systems and drives improvements.
• Develops and administers safety training for all employees.
• Investigates EHS incidents and customer complaints and reports findings.
• Maintains corrective/preventive actions and communicates progress.
• Oversees site safety and environmental policies per Carlisle standards.
• Keeps HazCom, SDS data current; updates SOP/JSA/LOTO as needed.
• Leads safety committee; maintains inspection and incident reports.
• Audits ISO systems (14001, 9001) and acts as internal auditor.
• Oversees execution of quality inspection procedures.
