You will promote a culture of safety, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA, RCRA, ISO standards while supporting Lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Hold EHS certification(s)/credential(s) such as OSHA 30 General Industry, OHST, STS.
• 2+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing or warehousing.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; understands OSHA, RCRA, ISO standards.
• Skilled in root cause analysis and Lean thinking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve existing EHS processes and work practices.
• Promote sustainability and conduct EHS training and communication.
• Support development and compliance with EHS policies and regulations.
• Conduct EHS audits (LOTO, fall protection, powered industrial trucks).
• Assist in Lean projects and continual improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams and support new hire training.
