Job summary

Base Power in Austin, Texas, seeks an EHS technician to ensure safety compliance at various job sites. You will manage programs related to hazardous waste, conduct inspections, and develop training to create a robust safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or field operations environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and hazardous waste requirements.
• Forklift-certified or capable of obtaining certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day OSHA, TCEQ, RCRA, EPA, and DOT compliance.
• Identify hazards, coach safe behaviors, and deliver training.
• Manage RCRA hazardous waste program and respond to incidents.
