Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Memphis is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to lead the EHS technicians and drive the company’s environmental, health, and safety programs. You will model best practices, ensure compliance, and guide the team in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, ensuring proper procedures, developing safety plans, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with site leadership to integrate EHS into operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health, and safety disciplines.
• Experience developing EHS plans and policies.
• Ability to work in a construction/industrial environment.
• Strong communication with technicians and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day and long-term activities/priorities of the EHS technician team.
• Ensure a collaborative relationship with the technicians and other EHS/the company teams.
• Coordinate employee schedules, work assignments, timekeeping requirements.
• Provide instructional guidance on procedures and techniques to perform tasks.
• Coordinate with site leadership to involve EHS in plans and procedure development.
• Ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time.
• Document performance and compliance issues with technicians.
• Implement and maintain site-specific EHS policies.
• Ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
• Ensure EHS inspections are performed and PPE/JHA assessments are created.
• Develop and maintain relationships with EHS vendors.
• Address hazards and regulatory compliance with JHA and PPE.
