Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational safety, environmental science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and operating EHS programs, preferably in high-tech manufacturing, data centers, or industrial construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH and other regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering teams, and facility managers to conduct hazard assessments and implement safety policies.
• Monitor exposure to hazards and recommend remedial actions when safety standards are not met.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, CERCLA, RCRA, DOT and related environmental regulations.
• Perform safety reviews with AI hardware engineers and operations teams for high‑power systems and hazardous materials.
• Lead or assist in incident investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop safety programs covering OSHA standards, hazmat handling, cryogenics, and electrical safety; implement the safety hierarchy of controls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop contingency plans for fires, chemical spills, power events, and other emergencies.
