Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and long-term EHS activities for a team of technicians, specialists and engineers.
• Coordinate with site leadership to integrate EHS into department plans and procedures.
• Represent EHS in site-wide management meetings/briefings.
• Provide job guidance on procedures and techniques to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure company mission and values are reflected in team goals and work tasks.
• Implement OSHA-compliant safety programs and maintain related documentation.
• Develop and enforce site-specific environmental policies (hazardous/non-hazardous waste, air permitting, spill response, storm water, wastewater).
• Coordinate with local resource agencies as the main EHS contact.
