Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Project ESH Manager to oversee the development and implementation of an Environmental, Safety, and Health program on a major project. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance, and manage documentation and training programs.

You will coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project controls to integrate ESH requirements into all project phases and interfaces with clients and regulators as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree in environmental science, safety, or related discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience for MS holders, or 14+ years for BS/AS.
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-discipline ESH teams on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and ability to apply regulatory requirements to project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and continual improvement of the project ESH program across all disciplines.
• Ensure ESH requirements are integrated into planning, design, construction, and operation.
• Lead issue investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide ESH leadership to engineering, construction, procurement, and document controls teams.
• Interface with clients, regulators, and auditors during inspections and audits.
• Develop and maintain the project Safety and Health Management Plan and training programs.
• Manage ESH budget, staffing, and resource allocation for the project.
