Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an EHS Supervisor to lead the EHS technician team and drive the implementation of SpaceX’s EHS programs. You will supervise, ensure compliance, and model safe work practices across site operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, guiding technicians, and maintaining program documentation while collaborating with engineering and site leadership. Relocation to Memphis, TN is required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 4+ years of experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health, and safety disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHS technician team in day-to-day and long-term activities.
• Coordinate with site leadership for program development and modification plans.
• Ensure timely completion of required tasks and proper documentation of performance and compliance issues.
• Maintain relationships with EHS vendors and ensure proper risk assessment (JHA) and PPE assessments.
