ProCaps Labs in Henderson, NV is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to champion safety and environmental stewardship across our organization. You will lead safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop training programs to empower the team.

With a minimum of three years in an EHS role in manufacturing and professional safety certifications, you will influence safety culture, manage incidents, and drive sustainability programs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an EHS/SHE role with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Manufacturing environment EHS experience preferred.
• Certifications in safety (CSP or OSHA) required.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture by engaging employees at all levels.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety laws.
• Develop and deliver safety and environmental training programs.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Spearhead waste reduction and recycling efforts.
• Create and implement emergency response plans.
• Perform environmental monitoring and safeguard resources.
• Collaborate on sustainability initiatives across functions.
• Analyze data to measure program effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
