Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar EHS/SHE role with strong safety leadership and regulatory knowledge.
• Safety Management experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of environmental sustainability practices and waste management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and influence at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify improvements.
• Professional certifications in safety (e.g., CSP, OSHA) management are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and drive compliance across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and prevent incidents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental laws.
• Develop and deliver safety and environmental training programs.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Spearhead waste reduction and recycling programs to minimize environmental footprint.
• Create and implement emergency response plans.
• Conduct environmental assessments and safeguard ecosystems.
• Collaborate on sustainability initiatives and measure program effectiveness.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve safety and environmental performance.
