Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation, based in Ohio, seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Sustainability leader to partner with site leadership and drive Zero Harm culture while advancing corporate ESG objectives.

You will lead the implementation of EHS and sustainability programs, manage incident investigations and audits, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement to reduce risk and conserve resources across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in EHS, Environmental or Sustainability roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with OSHA, environmental regulations, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and strengthen the site Zero Harm and Compliance culture through leadership and engagement.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of site EHS programs, standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and corporate EHS requirements.
• Coordinate incident investigations and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support internal and corporate EHS audits and closure of findings.
• Coordinate site EHS training activities and training compliance tracking.
