Job summary

Press-Seal Corporation is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to drive safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance. The role covers quarterly reporting, administrative EHS tasks, incident reviews, and continuous improvement projects to foster a safer, healthier, and more efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities include leading OSHA reporting, conducting root cause analyses, and developing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit comprehensive quarterly EHS reports.
• Handle administrative EHS tasks including policy updates and documentation management.
• Review safety incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA reporting compliance and maintain documentation of incidents.
• Lead CI projects to improve workplace safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and develop inspection policies and schedules.
• Deliver training on emergency procedures and EHS standards.
• Maintain accurate records of safety data sheets, permits, and exposures.
• Oversee incident investigations and implement long‑term corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
