You will work under experienced staff to promote a safe, compliant workplace and develop expertise in incident management, risk assessment, waste management, and industrial hygiene. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication as you contribute to program

Qualifications

• Two years’ relevant experience in EHS or related field.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Background check satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test result.

Responsibilities

• Complete EH&S processes under supervision.
• Provide status updates to SEL staff and customers.
• Learn and follow department processes; suggest improvements.
• Promote awareness of EH&S standards within the team.
• Represent team by participating in collaborative problem solving and process improvement efforts.
• Develop basic proficiency in risk assessment and incident management, waste management, and industrial hygiene.
• Learn and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

• Other duties as assigned.
