Job summary

KPS Global LLC is seeking an EHS Coordinator to implement the Safety Management System (SMS) and ensure a safe, healthy workplace. You will identify and correct hazards and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance requirements are met.

You will lead safety audits, track injuries, support safety training, and coordinate safety committees. This role requires strong communication, incident investigation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, procedures and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and determine root causes.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure a safe workplace.
• Identify and correct workplace hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support audits, reporting and safety training for employees.
• Track injuries, rehabilitation, and coordinate light duty assignments.
• Coordinate safety committees and enforce safety rules and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory postings and distributions are up to date.
• Assist First Responders and support health, safety, and training initiatives.
• Conduct periodic workplace and equipment inspections.
• Coordinate with outside agencies on health, safety, training and compliance.
