Shirley Parsons is teaming up with a manufacturing company to find their next EHS Supervisor near Lenoir City, Tennessee. This person will be in charge of leading all aspects of the EHS functions and help support the development and training of staff and management members.

The Role:

• Collaborate with on-site managers to oversee operations and address any HSE issues, inquiries, or concerns.
• Assists in creating and enforcing department policies, procedures, and relevant laws, rules, and regulations; ensures adherence to these standards.
• Create regular reports on environmental, health, and safety matters.
• Oversee all environmental, health, and safety training programs, including their development and presentation.

The Candidate:

• 1-4 years of operational EHS experience in a manufacturing setting including the administration and management of EHS programs.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies required.
• Professional certifications and workers compensation experience preferred.
• Consumer industry manufacturing preferred.
