Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to lead the EHS technician team and drive the implementation of SpaceX’s environmental, health, and safety programs. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance across all EHS tasks.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, training, inspections, and hazard analyses while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with EHS and SpaceX teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health, and safety disciplines.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities in EHS teams.
• Relocation to Memphis, TN if not local, as the role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and long-term activities of the EHS technician team.
• Coordinate with site leadership to develop and modify EHS plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee JHA and PPE assessments.
• Maintain relationships with EHS vendors and oversee inspections.
• Document performance and compliance issues and allocate resources.
