Qualifications

• Technical safety degree or related education is required.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations and standards.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• CSP/CRSP or similar designation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication capable of influencing all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, reporting docs, and OSHA compliance logs.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Coordinate safety committee activities and improve site safety culture.
• Partner with HR on workers' compensation management and return-to-work.
