Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead and implement a comprehensive environmental, health, and safety program at our TBD facility in the United States. The role drives a high-performance safety culture aligned with our Zero Harm strategy and ensures site-wide compliance with standards and policies.

The position requires 2+ years of EHS experience, OSHA expertise, and the ability to engage employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour General Industry (desirable).
• 2+ years of EHS experience.
• Experienced in training and facilitating both small and large groups.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Proficient spoken and written English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Experience in completing health, safety, or environmental tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain programs supporting Finlays Solutions’ Zero Harm safety program.
• Maintain site safety records such as training registers and OSHA 300 logs.
• Complete site environmental or safety regulatory filings.
• Monitor health and safety data to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead site safety incident investigations, including near misses.
