Finlays Solutions is seeking a Director of Health & Safety to lead occupational health, safety, and process safety across the business. Reporting to the COO, you will develop and implement the H&S strategy and build a high-performing team across locations.

You will embed a culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement to achieve ambitious 2030 safety targets, including reduced injuries and robust process safety performance.

Qualificações

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation required.
• Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience with ISO 45001 standards and audits.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead Health & Safety strategy aligned with global vision.
• Drive injury prevention, occupational health, and behavioral safety programs.
• Establish leading and lagging indicators and monitor performance.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Guide industrial hygiene program, regulatory compliance, and contractor safety.
• Partner with global H&S leaders to deploy process safety standards.
