Job summary

Imperial Brady in Jersey City, NJ seeks an EHS Specialist to support health and safety program administration, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on reducing incidents, maintaining safety records, and delivering training.

You will manage safety data, perform inspections, coordinate KPIs, and support safety committees, with a preference for applicants with 3+ years of experience and a degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Science.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety-related experience; developing safety programs and KPIs.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to analyze safety data trends and drive improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fleet and driver qualification file safety compliance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities, equipment and practices.
• Coordinate and track safety training sessions.
• Communicate safety information across departments and track KPIs.
• Maintain safety records in the safety database.
• Support safety committees and distribute PPE.
