Imperial Brady is hiring an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to foster a culture of health and safety, reducing incidents and ensuring a secure workplace. The role requires strong knowledge of safety regulations, and the ideal candidate will travel 40-50% across GA, SC, and NC and reside near an airport.

Typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Friday. The candidate will support fleet and warehouse safety, training, record-keeping, and safety communications across departments.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of safety-related experience developing safety programs, KPIs, risk assessments, and safety policies.
• Solid communication skills, including presentations, writing, and oral communication.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in fleet compliance including driver qualification files and drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Assist in warehouse compliance and regular safety inspections; track hazards and completion of inspections.
• Support safety training tracking and delivery for employees.
• Ensure safety information is received, tracked, measured and communicated across departments.
• Measure, track and report safety KPIs and performance metrics.
• Maintain safety inspection, incident, and training records in the safety database.
• May participate in safety committees within the organization.
• Distribute and monitor safety equipment and PPE to employees.
