Job summary

JLL in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to develop, document, and implement comprehensive EH&S programs across multiple facilities. You will help protect personnel and property while ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leading safety initiatives, conducting risk assessments, training teams, and maintaining KPIs, OSHA logs, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in EHS compliance and facilities management.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT, ASME regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to influence across levels.
• Proficiency with CMMS and data reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CSP/CIH/ASP certifications preferred.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical, research, or maintenance settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EH&S programs across multiple facilities.
• Lead regulatory compliance efforts and drive safety culture.
• Conduct risk assessments and support audits; manage contractor presence.
• Deliver training and maintain safety metrics, KPI tracking, and incident reporting.
• Utilize CMMS (Maximo) and contractor systems (ISNetworld) for program management.
