This role partners with the EHS Director to ensure a safe, compliant work environment. The position focuses on policy development, regulatory compliance, hazard analysis, and safety KPIs, with up to 25% travel and a day shift.

Qualifications

• Experience developing EHS policies.
• Ability to conduct audits and site inspections.
• Experience delivering EHS training.

Responsibilities

• Review and help develop EHS policies, programs, and procedures.
• Create and maintain the compliance calendar for regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits, sampling, and site inspections.
• Identify and minimize exposure to environmental hazards.
• Support job hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Deliver EHS training to employees.
• Run Behavioral Based Safety program.
• Maintain records/logs and prepare periodic reports.
• Track safety KPIs and monitor overall safety culture.
• Support HR with the Return-to-Work program.
• Provide technical support for EHS projects, investigations, and problem-solving
