Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review and help develop EHS policies, programs, and procedures
• Create and maintain the compliance calendar for regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular safety audits, sampling, and site inspections
• Identify and help minimize exposure to environmental hazards
• Support job hazard analyses and risk assessments
• Deliver EHS training to employees
• Run Behavioral Based Safety program
• Maintain records/logs and prepare periodic reports
• Track safety KPIs and monitor overall safety culture
• Support HR with the Return-to-Work program
• Provide technical support for EHS projects, investigations, and problem-solving

Salary Travel Percentage: Up to 25%

This role develops and implements safety policies and procedures, conducts audits, delivers training, and drives continuous EHS improvement- creating a safe, healthy work environment while supporting dynamic, innovative projects.
