Job summary

Ravelin Defense Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to develop and implement safety policies, conduct audits, deliver training, and drive continuous EHS improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the EHS Director, you will support HR with return-to-work, run safety programs, track KPIs, maintain records, and provide technical support for projects and investigations. This role offers mentorship and growth for an experienced EHS professional.

Responsibilities

• Review and help develop EHS policies, programs, and procedures
• Create and maintain the compliance calendar for regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular safety audits, sampling, and site inspections
• Identify and help minimize exposure to environmental hazards
• Support job hazard analyses and risk assessments
• Deliver EHS training to employees
• Run Behavioral Based Safety program
• Maintain records/logs and prepare periodic reports
• Track safety KPIs and monitor overall safety culture
• Support HR with the Return-to-Work program
• Provide technical support for EHS projects, investigations, and problem-solving

Salary Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
