Job summary

The EHS Specialist at Keurig Dr Pepper will support the Knoxville facility, focusing on safety, health, and environmental programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, DOT standards. You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities and Manufacturing to advance a strong safety culture.

Qualified candidates have a degree in safety or related field, experience in manufacturing safety programs, and proficiency with MS Office; strong training and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, physical science, or related field.
• Experience implementing safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience developing compliant programs and training materials.
• Strong training and presentation skills; ability to create clear docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with investigations, inspections, and audits; drive corrective actions.
• Promote safety engagement and at-risk behavior prevention.
• Conduct facility inspections and environmental audits.
• Deliver instructor-led safety and environmental training.
• Create site-specific training materials and documentation.
• Monitor safety metrics and compliance data.
• Maintain accurate safety and environmental records.
• Support continuous improvement in safety and ergonomics.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Partner across functions on plant-wide EHS initiatives.
• Follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
