Heitkamp & Thumann is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager in Nevada to lead and implement comprehensive EHS programs. You will monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving a proactive safety culture.

The role requires collaboration with leadership, operations teams, and external agencies to support sustainability goals and continuous improvement across facilities. Strong communication and training skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Industrial Management or related field preferred.
• Certification in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• Experience coordinating safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvement for a safety culture.
• Train employees and contractors in EHS programs and procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports to NV-OSHA, NDEP, EPA, LEPC, and OSHA; maintain compliance.
