The role emphasizes identifying risks, monitoring compliance, and delivering practical safety improvements while engaging employees in EHS initiatives. DPR emphasizes teamwork and integrity in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety management, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in EHS roles within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or a related field required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required; other certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conducts routine site inspections and risk assessments, documents findings, and recommends corrective actions.
• Assists in the development and delivery of standard EHS training for staff.
• Maintains accurate records of incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Supports investigations of incidents independently by gathering data and preparing reports.
• Monitors the safe management of specific project strategies to ensure safe practices.
• Communicates EHS policies and procedures to promote understanding and compliance.
• Participates in team meetings to share insights and support safety initiatives.
