Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an EHS Support role to reinforce the company’s safety program. The position focuses on assisting with inspections, onboarding, and documentation of incidents to minimize risk and ensure policy compliance.

You will help maintain safety training records, communicate safety updates to staff, and support emergency drills and corrective actions while aligning with DPR’s commitment to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 0–4 years of experience in EHS support roles within corporate, industrial, consulting environments, or a related field required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in conducting routine inspections, audits and other administrative EHS tasks including onboarding.
• Supports the investigation and documentation of incidents, near-misses, and workplace hazards.
• Maintains accurate records of safety training, incidents, and compliance activities.
• Communicates safety procedures and updates to employees to promote understanding and adherence.
• Coordinates the distribution and tracking of personal protective equipment and safety materials.
• Participates in emergency response drills and supports the implementation of corrective actions.
• Contributes to the preparation of reports and summaries for internal review and compliance purposes.
