Job summary

Amcor is seeking an EHS Coordinator to plan, direct, and implement the company’s environmental, health and safety program. You will lead safety initiatives, conduct training, and oversee incident investigations to maintain a safe work environment.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, collaboration with site teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA and NFPA standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly accident summary reports.
• Assist with incident investigations.
• Conduct and coordinate safety and environmental training.
• Perform daily safety walks and identify hazards for correction.
• Maintain OSHA 300 Logs and relevant reports.
• Organize and oversee safety training (forklift, lockout, etc.).
• Lead safety meetings and participate in Change Management sessions.
