Job summary

The role emphasizes on-floor coaching, incident investigations, OSHA/EPA compliance, training development, and collaboration with HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety, environmental discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of EHS experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA laws and regulations; ISO 14001/45001 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to shop floor employees, supervisors, and managers on EHS practices.
• Lead safety trainings, hazard identifications, and incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Maintain OSHA 300-300A logs and support environmental compliance programs.
• Collaborate with HR and management to corrective unsafe behaviors and continuous improvement.
