Job summary

AllStar Staffing Group is seeking an EHS Specialist for a leading manufacturing company in Warminster, PA. This full-time, direct-hire position focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, managing environmental permits, and leading safety programs.

You will perform JHA/JSA, FMEA, and PHA analyses, support MOC activities, investigate incidents, and drive preventive actions. Strong knowledge of EPA, DOT, PA DEP, and OSHA regulations is required, with ISO 14001/45001 familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Industrial, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of EPA, DOT, PA DEP, and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with JHA/JSA, FMEA, or similar risk assessment methods.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain programs to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations (EPA, PA DEP, DOT, OSHA).
• Manage environmental permits, reporting obligations, and regulatory documentation; serve as point of contact during inspections/audits.
• Perform and facilitate JHA/JSA, FMEA, and PHA analyses; ensure safety considerations in design and changes.
• Support MOC activities; lead or assist investigations of incidents, releases, near misses; drive corrective actions.
• Provide field-level support; conduct site inspections to identify hazards and improvement opportunities; collaborate with operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of safety programs (LOTO, confined space, hazard communication, machine safety).
