Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to support Chelsea, MI and Detroit, MI locations. You will assist with training, inspections, and program development while driving a safety-focused culture and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1+ years in EH&S in manufacturing, with CSP/CHCM or related certifications preferred. A comprehensive benefits package and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Environment Health & Safety experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting/leading EH&S programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety training and track training needs.
• Conduct safety and environmental inspections and document findings.
• Participate in Safety Committee and coordinate safety meetings.
• Develop and review EH&S programs and training records.
• Manage hazardous materials and SDS requirements.
