Raymond West is seeking an EHS Specialist to drive safety, health, and environmental programs and ensure regulatory compliance across our facilities. You will support the EHS Manager on projects, collect data, and maintain safety reporting including SPCC, EPA, and related metrics.

The role requires strong communication, training delivery, and collaboration with HR and leadership. A background in OSHA standards and risk management is preferred, with flexibility for travel and off-hours as needed.

Formación

• Minimum Education and Experience determined by position
• Preferred: Degree in HR, Safety & Health, Risk Management
• Acceptable: Associate degree; Bachelor's preferred; 5 years related field with 2 years safety/ENV role

Responsabilidades

• Implement safety, risk management and environmental regulatory programs
• Report to EHS Manager and communicate on project assignments
• Conduct safety training and orientation
• Prepare inspection reports and corrective actions
• Maintain safety programs and regulatory reporting (SPCC, EPA, etc.)
• Lead Safety Committee meetings and risk assessments
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis
