Veolia Group is a global leader in environmental services, with a dedicated EHS role at the Minnetonka, MN facility. The EHS Specialist implements and administers Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and OSHA compliance programs to create a healthy, accident-free workplace.

The role requires 3–5 years in EHS, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and preferred CSP/CIH certifications. Travel is limited; strong communication with plant leadership and employees is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Chemistry, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in an EHS role at a chemical/industrial manufacturing facility.
• Professional certifications (CSP/CIH) preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate EHS laws and guidelines.
• Support and improve EHS programs to eliminate hazards and reduce risks.
• Lead investigations and participate in safety incidents and sustainability reporting.
