This role leads safety culture initiatives, conducts audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and trains employees across shifts to achieve the company's Zero Harm goals and align with our EHS vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Safety Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of EHS experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong MS Office and SharePoint proficiency.
• Strong communication, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and ADTi EHS management systems.
• Lead safety culture initiatives and Lean/Safety Kaizens to drive the Beyond Zero vision.
• Assist with maintaining EHS Playbook Scorecard and regulatory programs (EPA, OSHA, DOT, DHS, etc.).
• Support EHS Risk Accountability & Mapping (RAMP) and risk reduction efforts.
• Perform EHS layered audits and root-cause analyses; drive corrective actions.
• Lead Emergency Response Team and site preparedness planning.
• Coordinate air emissions, wastewater, and waste testing; waste characterization and disposal.
