Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, II to lead and coordinate EHS programs across designated sites. You will monitor compliance, investigate incidents, and drive improvements in safety, health, and environmental practices in Flowery Branch, GA or Bentonville, AR.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and knowledge of ISO 14001 & 45001.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Understanding stakeholder expectations and be able to balance competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint.
• OSHA and ISO certifications (14001/45001) preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measures and reports EHS performance, incidents, and compliance across sites.
• Investigates accidents, injuries, and hazards.
• Coordinates with contractors, suppliers & subcontractors.
• Delivers site EHS trainings and monitors training compliance.
• Maintains ISO 14001 & 45001 management systems.
