Job summary

Zebra Technologies in the United States is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist II to lead the technical EHS work across sites, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will measure performance, investigate incidents, coordinate with contractors, deliver site trainings, and help maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems while collaborating with site leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in EHS or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; OSHA and ISO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measure and report EHS performance and safety information for the region.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, and hazards in the workplace.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Interface with local leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Deliver site EHS trainings and monitor training compliance.
• Support corrective actions and safety program improvements.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
