Job summary

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Support workplace safety programs and regulatory inspections; document inspections and safety activities; track and support employee safety training; assist with investigating and resolving safety concerns.
• Security Operations: Create and manage employee and visitor badges; update facility access permissions; conduct routine security and CCTV inspections; coordinate and escort security vendors onsite.
• Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Maintain preventive maintenance schedules; coordinate vendors for mobile equipment, dock doors, and fire protection systems; assist with purchasing and invoice verification; support housekeeping and service providers.
• Team Support: Collaborate with employees, vendors, and leadership to address operational needs; support projects and other responsibilities; promote a safe, organized, and productive workplace.
