Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician in Urbancrest, OH to maintain and improve our client’s facility operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work, reading CMMS work orders and tracking parts and equipment.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to operate hand and power tools as well as PIT equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years general maintenance, facilities, construction, or related trade experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring repairs, and carpentry.
• Experience reading and completing work orders in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, lighting, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and complete work orders using a CMMS system.
• Maintain racks, guardrails, tools, equipment, and inventory.
