Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives across multiple automotive manufacturing sites. You will develop and deliver safety training, drive EHS programs, and partner with plant leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO standards.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in occupational health & safety within industrial or manufacturing environments; Tier-1 automotive experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001/14001, or similar safety management systems.
• Skilled in hazard identification, safety auditing, and program development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and passport (safety certification such as ASP is a plus).
