Badger Meter is seeking an on-site EHS Specialist to lead the safety program at our Racine manufacturing facility. You will partner with workers, supervisors, and leadership to build a stronger safety culture, drive safety improvements, and ensure day-to-day compliance with regulations.
In this role you will own critical safety initiatives, supervise JSA and LOTO updates, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across multiple processes.
