What You Will Contribute

Lead the future of manufacturing.

We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on driving change, implementing innovative manufacturing solutions, and leading high-impact process improvements. If you're passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and influencing how world‑class products are brought to market, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

This is more than a technical role—it's an opportunity to be a change agent. You'll mentor engineers, challenge the status quo, lead high‑impact initiatives, and help define the future of manufacturing within a growing, innovation‑focused organization.

What You'll Do
  • Lead manufacturing strategy and execution for new product development programs, ensuring products are designed for efficient, scalable production.
  • Drive transformational process improvements that increase productivity, quality, capacity, and operational performance.
  • Champion automation and advanced manufacturing technologies, partnering with equipment suppliers and system integrators to implement innovative solutions.
  • Influence product and process decisions through Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Automated Assembly initiatives.
  • Lead cross‑functional engineering projects from concept through production launch, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
  • Solve complex manufacturing challenges through data‑driven root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, capacity improvements, and operational efficiencies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop compelling business cases and capital investment proposals that support long‑term growth and manufacturing capability.
  • Serve as a trusted technical leader, mentoring engineers and helping elevate manufacturing engineering best practices across the organization.
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and future‑state manufacturing initiatives.
What Makes You Successful
  • A proven leader who enjoys influencing teams, driving change, and delivering results.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and finding better ways to solve complex problems.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Strong communicator who can engage stakeholders from the production floor to executive leadership.
  • Experienced in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and process optimization.
  • Committed to developing others and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
  • Experience leading process improvement, automation, or new product introduction initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience using data and databases to drive decision‑making.

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact. You'll help shape manufacturing strategy, influence product development decisions, and lead initiatives that directly improve how products are designed, built, and delivered. If you're energized by leadership, continuous improvement, and creating meaningful change, this role offers the platform to do exactly that.
