As an EHS Specialist, you will be the on-site safety leader for our Racine facility, with additional support responsibilities across nearby locations (approximately 10% travel). This role offers the opportunity to step into a highly visible position where your expertise directly shapes the safety culture, operational readiness, and regulatory compliance of our teams. You’ll work independently day-to-day while still having support from leadership. With the variety of production lines and processes in Racine, no two weeks look the same — making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
