Saint-Gobain is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead and support environmental, health, and safety programs at our Houston area facility. You will collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to drive risk reduction, incident prevention, and continuous improvement through active plant-floor engagement.
The role emphasizes hazard assessment, investigations, training delivery, and regulatory recordkeeping to sustain safety leadership and site performance.
The EHS Specialist supports and advances the site’s environmental, health, and safety programs in alignment with regulatory requirements, company standards, and Saint-Gobain’s Zero Harm commitment. This position serves as a visible safety leader and change agent by maintaining an active plant-floor presence, partnering with Operations and Maintenance to drive risk reduction and incident prevention, influencing safe behaviors, building employee engagement, and promoting environmental stewardship and continuous improvement across the site.

Maintain an active plant-floor presence, engage employees, identify risks, support accountability, and contribute to improvements in safety culture, leading indicators, risk reduction, and EHS performance.
