Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Site Manager in Houston, TX. This full-time, benefited role supports field operations with site inspections, safety compliance, incident investigations, and regulatory training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years EHS experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years EHS experience at a multi-site organization.
• Minimum 5 years experience with OSHA standards.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations through site inspection and safety compliance.
• Investigate incidents; promote incident- and injury-free operation.
• Communicate MEI EHS policies and regulatory changes.
• Provide OSHA training and safety program support.
• Develop, instruct, and maintain safe work instructions and JHAs.
• Conduct daily audits, Pre-task plan approvals, and risk control.
• Prepare site safety documentation and training records.
• Mentor other department positions and collaborate cross-functionally.
